What We Collect and Skip
When you visit this site, our servers record routine technical data: the pages you requested, the time of the request, the referring page, the type of browser and device, and a truncated version of your network address. We collect this to keep the site running and secure, to detect abuse, and to understand which articles readers actually read. If you use the contact form on this site to reach our editorial team, we receive the name you choose to give, the reply address you provide, and the content of your message.
We do not collect your trading account details, your identity documents, your financial records, your deposit history, or any information about whether you hold an account with the broker. We do not ask for these things and we do not store them. We do not build profiles of individual readers for advertising, and we do not combine the data we collect with data from other sites to identify you.
Cookies on this site are limited to what is needed for the site to function and for aggregated measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser, and the site will continue to work, though some measurement will become less accurate.
Children and Age Limits
This site is written for adults who want to read an independent review of a broker. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen years of age. If you are under eighteen, please do not use the contact form or send us personal data.
If we learn that we have received personal data from a person under eighteen, we will delete it from our records without delay. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the contact form, write to us through the contact form on this site and we will remove it.
Analytics and Aggregated Measurement
We measure how the site is used in order to decide which articles need updating and which pages are not useful. Measurement data is aggregated before we look at it: page views, time on page, scroll depth, referral source, and similar counts. We use the aggregate to understand reader behaviour as a whole, not to follow any single reader.
Aggregated reports do not identify you and are not used to serve advertising. We do not share identifiable data with analytics providers for their own marketing. Where a third-party measurement tool is used, it receives only the technical data described above, and its retention is limited to producing the aggregate reports we need.
Your Rights and Retention
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict how it is used, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You can make any of these requests through the contact form on this site. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time the applicable law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.
The legal basis for our processing is our legitimate interest in operating and improving an editorial site, and, for the contact form, the steps needed to answer your message. We do not rely on consent for the routine technical data described above, and we do not process data for purposes beyond those stated in this policy.
We keep server logs for a short period, normally not more than twelve months, unless a security incident requires longer preservation. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and then for a further period of up to two years for record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Aggregated measurement data is kept indefinitely in a form that does not identify any reader.
